A close encounter with the trees and textures of the forest

Nature is part of the experience: walk, contemplate and create with what the surroundings offer.

In silence. Together.

The retreat begins with a ritual on Friday and ends with a sharing circle on Sunday. The team explains the guidelines at the welcome.

Words have their place.

We speak during the welcome, guidance and closing. At other times, we pause everyday conversation and share the silence.

You can ask for support.

If you need help or something concerns you, speak to the team. Silence never prevents you from expressing a need.

Fewer screens.

We suggest keeping your phone away and silent during practices. Emergency arrangements are agreed with the team.

Listening counts too.

Sound exploration and instructions for the practices coexist with silence. This is a guided experience.
