Who processes your data

What happens when you enquire
When you submit the form, your data goes to a Firebase function. It uses Postmark to deliver your enquiry to Semilla’s email address, with a copy to paulolira73@gmail.com. The website does not store a copy of the form in a database. You can also start a WhatsApp conversation; that platform processes data under its own privacy policy.
We use the information you send to reply, answer questions and, if requested, prepare a booking. Enquiries about a possible booking are processed to take pre-contractual steps; a booking is processed on the basis of the contract. We will not use your enquiry to send periodic marketing.
Optional measurement
If you accept Analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and successfully submitted forms using the generate_lead event. If you accept Advertising, the Meta pixel measures visits (PageView) and successfully submitted forms (Lead). These are separate choices. We do not send your name, email or form message to either service. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw in Cookie settings.
Google Ireland Limited receives Google Analytics data; see its privacy policy. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives pixel events; see its privacy policy.
Providers and retention
The site is hosted on Google’s Firebase Hosting and processes forms with Firebase Functions. Postmark delivers the email to the recipients listed above and retains delivery records according to its settings. See Postmark’s Postmark privacy policy. If you use WhatsApp, Meta will receive what you share through that service.
If you do not book, Semilla will keep the Gmail correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless a claim or legal retention duty applies. If you book, the necessary data is kept throughout the relationship and applicable legal retention periods.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection by writing to proyectosemilla333@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Providing data is voluntary; without it, we may not be able to answer.
This website does not make automated decisions or create advertising profiles. It has no direct booking form or online payment facility.
