1. Before you book
Enquiring by phone, email or WhatsApp is free and does not reserve or hold a place. Before accepting a booking, the team will speak to you by phone to give you the exact address of the country house and answer your questions.
Before payment, you will receive the date and times, address, available room, included services, total price, payment method and deadlines, and these terms in writing. Your place is confirmed only after you accept this information and Semilla confirms receipt of the indicated payment.
2. Price and payments
For the 23–25 October 2026 edition, the published price is €333 per person in a shared room and €369 per person in a private room. Private rooms are subject to availability. Transport is not included.
These are final prices including applicable taxes. Booking requires a 30% deposit: €99.90 for a shared place or €110.70 for a private one. The remaining 70% is due seven calendar days before the start: €233.10 or €258.30 respectively. If you book less than seven days before the retreat, the full price is due on confirmation. The team will confirm the payment method and receipt in writing. There is no charge for an enquiry and no payment before you know the exact location.
The written booking summary will set out the included services and total payable. Transport is not included in the price.
3. If you cancel your booking
Send your cancellation to proyectosemilla333@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +34 642 23 26 44. The applicable tier depends on the date Semilla receives your message, according to the calendar and time in mainland Spain. The retreat begins on Friday 23 October 2026.
- More than 30 days before (up to 22 September): a refund of 100% of what you paid.
- Between 30 and 15 days before (23 September to 8 October): a refund of 50% of what you paid.
- Between 14 and 8 days before (9 to 15 October): a refund of 30% of what you paid.
- Seven days or fewer before (from 16 October), or if you do not attend: no refund. If you book another edition, Semilla will deduct an amount equal to 50% of what you paid for the cancelled place from the new booking price, subject to availability.
Percentages apply to amounts actually paid. Any refund due will be made without undue delay and within 14 calendar days. Cancellation charges must be appropriate and justifiable; if you ask, we will explain how they were calculated and refund any amount exceeding the charge legally permitted.
If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at or near the destination significantly affect the retreat or transport there, you may end the contract before it begins without a charge and receive a full refund. Where the law requires a full refund, it will be made without undue delay and within 14 calendar days.
If someone else takes your place, we will refund what you paid, deducting only direct, justified costs of the change, if any. Once your place is cancelled, payments that had not yet fallen due will not be charged. Refunds will use the original payment method wherever possible.
4. If Semilla cancels
If Semilla cancels the retreat, it will notify you using the contact details provided at booking. You may choose an alternative date or a full refund of everything you paid, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days. An alternative date applies only with your agreement. The refund will use the original payment method wherever possible.
5. Room, food and personal needs
The team will confirm the room type and included services in writing. Food is vegetarian with vegan options. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs before booking; the team will confirm in writing which adaptations it can offer.
The exact address is shared during a phone conversation before you confirm and pay. The team will explain travel options then. Transport is not part of the price.
6. Confirmation and contact
Keep your confirmation and payment receipt. If you have a problem with the experience, tell Semilla as soon as possible using the contact methods in your confirmation. For questions about these terms, write to proyectosemilla333@gmail.com.
